A vital enterprise system, built on a legacy on-premise SharePoint platform, experienced a sudden, widespread crash. This severely impacted end-user access to web-based webforms for submitting files and documents, disrupting critical workflows and processing for a global user base.
I was assigned as a Project Manager to assist with the intense recovery efforts. My role involved leading strategic reporting and coordination of technical activities, working with diverse teams to rapidly diagnose root causes related to the outdated platform, and contributing to a comprehensive recovery strategy. This included drafting key documentation and facilitating urgent communication between technical experts and operational stakeholders.

This was achieved by designing and implementing custom SharePoint sites and dashboard tools, integrating automated workflows for tracking over $69M in procurements and contracts

This agency required a more efficient and centralized method for tracking progress and managing diverse projects across multiple teams, leading to fragmented data and inconsistent reporting.
I developed a centralized Smartsheet-based tool for tracking new project requests. This involved gathering requirements, designing its architecture, configuring functionalities, and establishing best practices for consistent data and enhanced reporting across various initiatives.

A critical central headquarters facility, housing over 170 staff across vital operational departments (e.g., customer care, dispatch), required significant renovation to improve space utilization, acoustics, accessibility, and aesthetics. This complex project demanded meticulous coordination to minimize disruption in a 24/7 operational environment while adhering to strict safety and compliance codes.
As the lead Project Manager for these multi-phase office renovations, I coordinated all aspects of the project. This included extensive contractor oversight, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable building codes and specifications (City, State, Federal), and managing detailed construction schedules and phasing plans across multiple operational units. I ensured safe working conditions, minimized disruptions, and managed a budget that exceeded $800,000 for these specific renovation initiatives. My responsibilities encompassed verifying existing conditions, coordinating site access for construction, and overseeing material disposal.
